Meet Program Manager, Christen Noratel

Christen has been with the Duke Center for Healthcare Safety & Quality for over 14 years and currently serves as the Center’s Well-being and Resilience Program Manager. With over 18 years of experience in this role, Christen manages the Center’s virtual well-being webinar series as well as our live course offering including Enhancing Caregiver Resilience 1 and 2 day courses and the Patient Safety Leadership Certification & Training course. Christen’s true passion is meeting new people through her trainings and making a meaningful difference in their day to day lives.
