Racial Justice: Deeper Dive Series. Back by popular demand Conversations with Colleagues is excited to offer another wave of our Racial Justice: Deeper Dive Series.  This 6-week transformative experience focuses on exploring the origins of systemic racism, understanding our own implicit biases and learning what we can each do to have a positive impact on our local community.  Our curriculum includes mixed media to engage all learning styles.  Because this is a cohort based experience, we ask that attendees commit to all 6 weeks of the series.  You will select a day and time that works for you and will be expected to attend all 6 sessions on that set day.  This will allow participants to build relationships with their cohort. Train the Host. Sessions available for teams or individuals for general conversations and trainings for Racial Justice conversations.  Sign up for Train the Host.
